Music Workshop, Sarajevo, October 3–5

Who can participate: Everyone! From professionals to students. You just need to be able to play a piece from Blagoj’s albums or a folk piece without difficulty, either in full or in part.

You will receive a reply email with detailed information.

Participation is free of charge. The workshop is generously supported by the Swedish Arts Grants Committee (Konstnärsnämnden) and by Blagoj himself.

Please read carefully below:

This workshop gives clarinetists the opportunity to work directly with Blagoj on his albums Nostalgic Love and Nostalgic Love 2, exploring his sound, style and interpretation in greater depth. (You may also play a folk dance, a folk song, etc.)
There will be no classical repertoire in this workshop.
You are also welcome to attend as an observer only, but you must still register like everyone else.

Schedule:

Day 1, Friday, October 3: The workshop starts at 18:00 and lasts about 2–3 hours. Very flexible. Bring your own food and water!
Everyone bring your clarinet!

Day 2, Saturday, October 4: 13:00–17:00. Bring your clarinet, food, and water. Prepare what you will play — we will play individually.
For those attending as observers, bring your clarinet just in case.

Day 3, Sunday, October 5: 13:00–17:00. Bring your clarinet, food, and water. Prepare what you will play — we will play individually.
For those attending as observers, bring your clarinet just in case.
